Kim L Warlitner is a life-long resident of the Alleghany Highlands. Kim is a graduate of Covington High School and Dabney S. Lancaster Community College, with AAS degrees in Secretarial Science and Information Systems. Kim has previously worked for local and state government and loves working with technology. Kim enjoys spending leisure time with family.
